Observations and recommendations regarding Impact, Compliance and Control issues with regards to the proposed EPBD recast

The workshop on Impact, Compliance and Control of energy legislations ended with a brainstorming session regarding pros and cons, as well as concerns regarding the envisaged recast of the EPBD. A synthesis report of this brainstorming has been prepared end reviewed by those ASIEPI project partners directly involved in assessing the impact, compliance and control of legislation.
